The 21-year-old England and Manchester City star joined lingerie beauty Tabby Brown, 30, at a posh Manchester hotel last week.
Sterling, who lives with childhood sweetheart Paige Hansel, 20, had earlier arranged to book Tabby a £200 room.
And the player seemed to mount a cloak-and-dagger operation to avoid photographers as he

The footie ace was driven by a pal in a blacked-out limo to the model’s city centre hotel — despite owning a fleet of luxury cars worth £250,000.
He then disappeared for an hour in the building, where she had checked in the night before. Sterling was later spotted having a long, relaxed chat with Tabby in the bar.

He eventually left after checking whether there were any photographers waiting outside.
Sterling, 21 — whose partner Paige recently moved into his £3.5million mansion in Wilmslow, Cheshire — has also sent Tabby gifts and flowers.
And last month he arranged a VIP ticket for her to watch him play in the Capital One Cup Final at Wembley, where she sat just a few seats along from Paige.
Last Wednesday the £180,000-a- week ace met lingerie model Tabby at Manchester’s swish Lowry Hotel.
The beauty, who once dated Sterling’s former Liverpool team-mate Mario Balotelli, had checked in the previous day into a £200-a-night.

He went into the building and was not seen for 60 minutes.
He and Tabby, 30, were later spotted at a table in a quiet corner of the hotel bar.
They were seen talking and laughing, looking relaxed in each other’s company. Tabby was wearing a figure-hugging floral dress with thigh-length boots.
Around an hour later Sterling left, glancing nervously over his shoulder towards Tabby at the hotel door before clambering into the back of the £50,000 motor.
The star later posted a picture of the car on Instagram for his 1.6million followers — along with the caption: “Nice food at the Lowry with my boy ebz enroute home”.
There was no mention of Tabby in his social media message and Sterling’s driver never set foot in the hotel, instead waiting patiently outside for the winger while he left the car’s engine running.
Sterling, who joined City from Liverpool in a controversial £49million transfer last summer, also did not eat anything in the bar of the five-star hotel.
He chose instead to play with his phone as Tabby tucked into lunch.
Last night a source said: “Raheem knows all the staff at the Lowry very well because that’s where he lived when he first moved from Liverpool to City.
“But before Christmas he bought a six-bedroom mansion in Wilmslow which is only 14 miles away, so it makes you wonder why he was back there.

"The fact he has access to six cars but chose to arrive in a blacked-out Jaguar driven by a mate also seemed odd.
“When he left he was escorted out by a doorman and seemed a bit furtive. Then he posted a picture on Instagram saying he had a nice lunch at the Lowry — but he didn’t eat anything.
“It’s as though he was trying to cover his tracks. I wonder what Paige will make of it.”
Tabby, full name Tabitha, has appeared in music videos for rap artists including Snoop Dogg, Akon and Dizzee Rascal. She works as a Playboy bunny and TV presenter.
A source said: “Raheem met her on a night out at a London club. He was instantly taken by her. He has bombarded her with flowers and gifts and she seems to really like him.
“Raheem’s quite easy-going and good fun, so Tabby enjoys his company. Whenever he’s in London he takes her out for dinner if he can, and often invites her to his games.
“Tabby is a big football fan and the last one she attended was the Capital One Cup Final at Wembley on February 28. He offered to sort some complimentary tickets for the game.
“She collected them from the Manchester City VIP ticket desk at Wembley and was dressed to the nines. She took her seat in the stand but was probably very surprised to find Paige was also there — and only a couple of seats away.
“Paige also seemed surprised to see her and shot her a few glares.”
Sterling and Paige first got together as teenagers but began a serious relationship two years ago.
Paige went public about their romance last March.
She uploaded a snap of Sterling, who she affectionately calls Heemy, celebrating his first England goal during a 4-0 win over Lithuania.
The photo was captioned: “Words couldn’t describe how proud I am well done babe.”
Since then, she has shared more than a dozen doting posts to him among her 10,800 online followers.
For his birthday last December, Paige uploaded a cake mocked into his City club shirt and gushed: “Happy 21st Birthday to my handsome boyfriend and bestfriend keep on making us proud and doing what you do to better yourself.”
Her post ended: “God Bless You love you always and forever heemy.”
Last month she uploaded two videos and a photo while roaring on Sterling from the sidelines as City beat Liverpool to lift the cup.
Tabby told in 2013 how she dated Italian striker Balotelli for seven months when he played for City. She said they split after she discovered that the star was having a baby with his former girlfriend.

A source said: “Mario won’t be happy when he hears about this. Mario always suspected Raheem had a soft spot for Tabby.
“They were best friends at Liverpool so he will be angry about this as Mario is quite a jealous guy. He could well see this as a betrayal.”
Sterling grew up on a tough estate in Wembley, North West London, after his family fled Jamaica.
His dad was murdered in capital Kingston when the footballer was nine.
Sterling went on to suffer anger and behavioural problems in school but found his feet on the football field, joining QPR while still in primary class. He moved north with his mum and three siblings to join Liverpool in February 2010.
A year later he fathered daughter Melody Rose with ex Melissa Clarke. The couple split up and he has since had some volatile relationships.
In 2012, he was accused of attacking a 27-year-old woman in Liverpool. But a charge of common assault was dropped after a witness failed to turn up to court.
The next year, he was held over claims he assaulted former model girlfriend Shana Rose Halliday, 21.
This case was also dropped when she gave “disappointing” evidence to support the prosecution’s case.

Sterling was given a stern telling off by ex-Kop boss Brendan Rodgers after our exclusive story of him appearing to inhale dangerous legal high laughing gas last April.
Two months later he was blasted by drug abuse charities after he was again caught with nitrous oxide balloons. He has also posed for snaps while smoking shisha pipes.
Last year Sterling cooed he loved nothing more than finishing training and going home to his girlfriend.
He said: “If I go out I’m always asked for selfies, so I’ve spent money making my house a fun place.
“My girlfriend usually cooks dinner and it’ll be something like barbecue ribs or chicken wings.”
News of his friendship with Tabby will likely alert City and England chiefs, who demand exceptionally high behaviour standards.
FA chairman David Bernstein previously insisted: “Players must recognise that with the privilege of playing comes the responsibility for managing their behaviour.
“In so doing they can also have a positive effect on young people.”
City executive Brian Marwood said: “You will get people within the system who do not show the right values and right behaviour.
“I think we have a lot of players who can behave in the right way. You just have to make sure that they are the role models.”
